In accordance with the Payment Services Act, Article 20, Paragraph 1, customers will be entitled to claim refunds as described below for prepaid payment instruments which they purchased and are remaining in their accounts (hereinafter referred to as paid-for prepaid payment instrument balance) at the time the game closes.

Amounts to be refunded will be calculated as follows:
Diamonds = JPY 40.00, Coins = JPY 0.02  

■ Refund application process
1. Access the Refund Application Form (located at https://refund.game.line.me) and log in using the mail address and password associated with your LINE account.
2. Select the game for which you wish to request a refund, and confirm that the amount shown is correct.
3. Enter your bank account information for the bank transfer, then submit the form. Note: if your outstanding balance was zero, then you will not be prompted to enter any bank account information.
   - Please access the form using a computer browser, as accessing it from a mobile device may cause it to not function properly.

■ To all players playing via a method other than LINE Login:
The instructions above are only for players using LINE Login.
In order to apply for a refund, players not using LINE Login will have to access the inquiry form via the link below. Please use the form to let us know that you wish to be refunded, making sure to include the game title in question in your message, and be sure to include the following information and the information from points 2. and 3. above.
In addition, your unique User identifier (ID) is necessary when you apply for a refund, so please be sure to include it in your inquiry. (You will need to have kept a record of it.)

If you don't know your unique User identifier (ID), please provide the folowing information when applying for a refund.

- Your in-game name (displayed at the top left of the Home screen), rank, information regarding owned units and their rarities (for units you've made S★1 or higher), and receipt information are necessary when you apply for a refund, so please be sure to include them in your inquiry.
・ Receipt information: Date of payment, payment number, payment amount, item name
  - Additional information may be requested after your application in order to help us identify the account.

■ Refund application period

- Any application forms received before or after this period will NOT be considered.

■ Refund process
Once we have completed the relevant procedures, we will refund the amount by transferring the value of any remaining paid-for in-game currency balance in Japanese Yen to the bank account you specify.
Money transfer fees, whether for national or international transactions, will be covered by us.
However, when transferring funds to overseas accounts, some additional fees may be levied. These include things like intermediary fees or currency exchange fees.
Unfortunately, we are unable to pay these fees.

    - We may request that you submit documentation such as your personal identification and/or your purchase information in order to prevent actions including
