If you find the content of the survey to be inappropriate or illegal, you can report it to us via an email. Please follow the procedure below to request us to suspend the survey. Our working hours is Monday to Friday, 9:00 – 17:00 hrs. except public holidays.
Computer Crime
You may request us to suspend the survey if you find that the survey is:
- distorted, fake (wholly or partially) or computer data which is false, dishonest or fraudulent in a manner which may cause damage to the people (e.g., phishing, acts of identity theft online);
- false, in a manner which may cause damage to the maintenance of national security and safety, public safety, national economic security or an infrastructure which is national public interest, or in a manner which stirs up public agitation;
- considered as an offence relating to the security of the Kingdom of Thailand or terrorism offence under the Penal Code; or
- of a pornographic nature, provided that such computer data is accessible by the general public.

- Attach the power of attorney documents (in the case you appoint someone to act on your behalf).
Copyright Infringement
You may request us to suspend the survey if you find that the survey contains the content that infringes your copyright. However, you must ensure that there is no copyright exemption applies.
