From 3pm, Apr. 18 (GMT+9), the game will no longer be available to download, and sales of paid-for items (hereinafter referred to as in-game currencies) will close permanently.

If you already have the game app installed on your smartphone, you will be able to continue playing and using your in-game currency right up until service closure.

In accordance with the Payment Services Act, Article 20, Paragraph 1, players will be entitled to claim refunds for in-game currencies remaining in their account (hereinafter referred to as paid-for in-game currency balance) at the time the game closes.

■ Types of prepaid items to be refunded 

Unused balances of Cash (purchased Cash) and Gold (purchased Gold) you have at the time of the game closure (3pm, May 20, 2024).

■ How to check your unused prepaid payment in-game currency balance

Please see Settings > Purchase Info tab in-game.

- This applies only if there is a balance for paid content. (It does not apply to free content).

■ In-game currency unit prices

We will calculate the refund amount based on the following unit price.

Cash = 19.44 JPY, Gold = 0.01 JPY

■ Refund application process

You must submit a Refund Application Form.

The URL for the Refund Application Form will be posted on the LINE GAME official blog and other locations no earlier than May 20, 2024 (GMT+9).

The aforementioned Refund Application Form is only for those playing with LINE Login. The application process for players using other methods to log in will be announced at a later date.

If you are playing with a Guest login, please write down your unique identifier and save it in the following way, as you will need to request a refund via the contact form. 

▼ How to check your unique identifier

Please tap the top left corner of the screen rapidly for at least 5 seconds on the loading screen before pressing the Start button (The screen before pressing Start in the lower right corner).

The display will show a string of text in four lines, and the topmost line starting with "T" and consisting of approximately 12 characters of letters and numbers is your unique identifier. Please save or write down this unique identifier.

- If the provided unique identifier in your app differs from the actual one, it may become difficult to identify the data, and we may be unable to process the refund.

・ New downloads from both the App Store and Google Play, as well as sales of in-game currencies in the game application will be terminated at 3pm, Apr. 18, 2024 (GMT+9).

   Once the game has been removed from the App Store and Google Play, you will no longer be able to re-download or re-install the game app in the event that you delete it from your smartphone.

・ In-game items can be used until the game closes.

・ Since it will no longer be possible to log in to the game after it has closed, if you wish to claim a refund, please make a note of your remaining paid-for in-game currency balance before this time. Your remaining paid-for in-game currency balance will be displayed on the refund application form.

・ Once we have completed the relevant procedures, we will transfer the value of any remaining paid-for in-game currency balance in Japanese Yen to the bank account you specify.

・ If there is any fraud, false information, or inadequacy in the details provided for the request, we may not be able to process the refund. 

  - To prevent fraudulent refund requests, impersonation by a third party, duplicate refund requests, or false information regarding the refund target or amount,

      we may request submission of documents for your identity verification, payment information, or other relevant documentation.

   - Depending on the purchase situation, we may choose to process a payment cancellation instead of a refund.
