aillis  Guidelines of entry campaign



1. To enter the picture contest campaign ("this Campaign") hosted by the aillis app service provided by LINE Corporation, entrants must first add the "aillis official account" as a friend. To add as a friend, please find aillis via “More>Official Accounts>News/Tools>aillis”, or search for ID “aillis” by “search ID”.

2. Entry in this Campaign is limited to individuals currently residing in Thailand.

3. Submissions are limited to pictures taken by entrants themselves.

4. Entrants are to submit pictures that have been edited, arranged and designed using the various features of aillis.

5. Entrants are prohibited from submitting pictures that violate the law or public order, libel against others, or infringe or harm the intellectual properties of a third party.

6. Copyrights in regard to submissions (excluding the rights in regard to the original photographs, such as the rights of publicity in regard to photographic subjects) shall be reserved by entrants. However, after the submission is complete, entrants shall grant to LINE Corporation a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use (including copy, translation, adaptation, modification, publicly transmission and the right to transfer such rights to a third-party) the submission, with no limitation on media, length and the territories of distribution, and shall not assert their moral rights of authorship.

7. Submissions may be made public to an unspecified number of other users. Entrants shall make submissions with the advance knowledge that such submissions may be made public.

8. Note that the LINE Corporation will not reply to any inquiries concerning the selection process or selection results.

9. Entrants selected winners (“Winners”) shall not be able to transfer right of receiving prizes to a third party, nor exchange prizes for cash or other prizes.

10. Entrants shall refrain from offering prizes at auctions, etc.

11. Communications charges incurred in relation to entry this Campaign shall be borne by entrants themselves.

12. Entrants are free to make as many submissions as they like.

13. Winners will be contacted via direct message from the aillis Official Account regarding their selection and the procedure for prize delivery.

14. Note that blocking the aillis Official Account during the submission period will invalid your submission.

15. Entrants shall participate in this Campaign at their own responsibility and expense, and LINE Corporation shall bear no responsibility for any damages incurred in relation to participation in this Campaign.

17. Private information provided by Winners shall be used solely for the purpose of delivering prizes for this Campaign.
