About Exchanges and Returns for Purchased Products

We offer our customers the option to exchange products purchased from LINE Friends Store if they are dissatisfied with the product for whatever reason. However, if we do not have that particular product in our inventory at the time the request for the exchange is made, we will offer a refund for the product instead.

- If you wish to exchange a product for any reason, please bring the unused product along with your receipt of purchase to the store within 10 days of the purchase date in order to receive your return. We are sorry, but LINE Friends Store is unable to allow customers to exchange products that have been opened, used, damaged, or tarnished in any way.

- If the product was damaged or defective before it was purchased, we allow customers to exchange the product at any time, regardless of purchase date. Please bring the defective product along with your receipt of purchase to the store in order to make the exchange. For customers who live far away and cannot easily visit the store, please contact us by email first. Please note that we may not be able to offer the exchange if we are unable to confirm the receipt or other necessary purchase details,

- You may be asked to bear shipping and any other related costs for exchanges initiated by the customer.

- Refunds will be conducted via money transfer. The amount of the refund will be the same as the price of the product at the time of purchase. You will be asked to pay the money transfer fee if the refund was initiated by the customer. LINE Friends Store will cover the money transfer fee for refunds for defective products.

- LINE Friends Store strictly adheres to LINE’s Privacy Policy when dealing with private and personal information belonging to customers.
