This GET IT Privacy Policy of LINE Plus Corporation. ("company", "we", "us", or "our") applies to the operations of GET IT that we offer through application service (“App/Web” / collectively, the "Services"). It provides the policies and procedures for collecting, using, and disclosing the information of each visitor to or user of the Services ("you", "your", or the “User”). In this GET IT Privacy Policy (“Policy”), which describes what information we collect and what it is used for, we take protecting your privacy seriously, and we want you to understand exactly how and why we use your information.

What Information We Collect 

Information from Third Parties

If you sign up for GET IT through a third party application like Facebook or LINE or Google+, you authorize us to collect your authentication information, such as your name, profile picture, e-mail address, and encrypted access credentials. The information available to GET IT from a Social Networking Services(“SNS”) is affected by the privacy settings you establish at the SNS.

 

 

Information You Give Us

We collect personal information from you and any devices you use when you: use our Services, register for an account with us, update or add information to your account, participate in a community board discussion chat, or when you otherwise correspond with us, as described below.

- Identifying information such as your name, profile picture, phone number when you register and edit your account profile

- Bidding, buying, or selling information and location information you provide during a transaction.

- Other content that you generate, or that is connected to your account (such as adding items to your basket, adding items to your Watch List, creating collections, and following other collections and sellers)

- You may also provide us other information through your participation in community discussions, member-to-member communications, chats.

 

 

Information We Collect Automatically 

We may automatically collect information about your use of the Services such as: access time; device ID or other unique identifier; IP address; mac address; language information; device name and model; locale and timezone; metadata(EXIF), identifiers for advertisers such as ADID or IDFA;  carrier provider; operating system information; your activities within the Services; and the length of time that you are logged in. 

 

 

How We Use Information We Collect 

In general, we use, disclose or transfer the information we collect from and about you to provide and operate the Services, which includes responding to your requests, and providing customer service and technical support. We may also use information:

You can modify and update your personal data provided to us at any time during the course of using the Services by Profile Tab.

We store data until it is no longer necessary to provide our services or until your account is deleted or we have received your request to delete the data - whichever comes first. This is a case-by-case determination that depends on things like the nature of the data, why it is collected and processed, and relevant legal or operational retention needs

 

 

Push Notifications/Alerts 

We may send push notifications or alerts to your device. You can deactivate these messages at any time by changing the notification settings on your device or by changing settings on application.

  

 

Third Party Analytics 

We may use automated devices and applications, included those offered by third parties to evaluate usage of our Services. We also may use other analytic means to evaluate our Services. We use these tools to help us improve our Services, performance and user experiences. The information collected may include unique device identifiers, device manufacturer and operating system, IP address, mac address, location, browser type, session start/stop time and user activity.

Our Services may contain links to third-party websites. Any access to and use of such linked websites is not governed by this Policy, but instead is governed by the privacy policies of those third party websites. We are not responsible for any privacy issues arising from your accessing to and using of those third party websites 

 

 

Children under 16 

Children under 16 are not allowed to use GET IT. If you are a parent and you learn that your child is using GET IT and you don't want them to, please contact us.
