Food Delivery: Standard Restaurant

1. No cancellation fee

     1.1 Canceled the order after the driver accepts the order within 5 minutes.

2. Charged a cancellation fee for 50฿

     2.1 Canceled the order when the driver is heading to the restaurant.

    2.2 Canceled the order when the driver is heading to the restaurant, and the customer has not confirmed the order.

3. Charged a cancellation fee for 75฿ and the food price

     3.1 Canceled the order after the customer has confirmed the order, and the driver is waiting for food.

4. Fully charged for the delivery fee and the food price

     4.1 Canceled the order when the driver has picked up the order and heading to the destination.

 

Food Delivery: Official Restaurant

1. No cancellation fee

     1.1 Canceled the order after the driver accepts the order within 5 minutes.

2. Charged a cancellation fee for 50฿

     2.1 Canceled the order after the driver accepted the order for 5 minutes.

     2.2 Canceled the order when the driver is heading to the restaurant or the driver arrived at the restaurant, and the order has not prepared.

3. Charged a cancellation fee for 50฿ and the food price

     3.1 Canceled the order when the driver arrived at the restaurant, and the order is preparing.

4. Charged a cancellation fee for 75฿ and the food price

     4.1 Canceled the order when the driver has picked up the order.

5. Fully charged for the delivery fee and the food price

     5.1 Canceled the order when the driver has picked up the order and heading to the destination.

6. Unable to cancel the order

     6.1 After the order is preparing, the customer has to contact the LINE MAN Customer Support or the restaurant to cancel.

     6.2 After the driver accepted the order and the customer selected Rabbit LINE Pay as a payment method.

 

Convenience

   1.1 Canceled the order after the driver accepts the order within 5 minutes.

2. Charged a cancellation fee for 50฿

     2.1 Canceled the order when the driver is heading to the convenience store.

     2.2 Canceled the order when the driver arrived the convenience store and the customer has not confirmed the order.

3. Charged a cancellation fee for 75฿ and the product price

     3.1 Canceled the order when the order has confirmed and driver is waiting for the product.

4. Fully charged for the delivery fee and the product price

     4.1 Canceled the order when the driver has picked up the order and heading to the destination.
