Food Delivery/LINE MAN MART Goods Service Cancellation Policy

Food Delivery

In the case that the User wishes to cancel the order after the Merchant has received the order, the User must contact Customer Support to request the cancellation of the order. In this regards, there may be a cancellation fee as follows:

Food Delivery: Standard Restaurant

1. No cancellation fee

     1.1 Canceled the order when the Deliveryman is heading to the Merchant.

     1.2 Canceled the order when the Deliveryman arrives at the Merchant and the User has not confirm the food price and delivery fee

2. Charged a cancellation fee for the delivery fee

     2.1 Canceled the order when the User has confirmed the order, and the Deliveryman is waiting for food.

     2.2 Canceled the order when the Deliveryman has picked up the order and is heading to the destination. 

Food Delivery: Official Restaurant

1. No cancellation fee

     1.1 Canceled the order before the Merchant has confirmed the order.

2. Charged a cancellation fee for the total order fee 

     2.1 Canceled the order when the Deliveryman is heading to the Merchant or arrives at the Merchant..

     2.2 Canceled the order when the Deliveryman arrives at the Merchant, and the order is preparing.

     2.3 Canceled the order when the driver has picked up the order.

     2.4 Canceled the order when the driver has picked up the order and heading to the destination. 


LINE MAN MART

1. No cancellation fee

     1.1 Canceled the order when the Deliveryman arrives the Merchant and the Merchant has not prepared the order.

2. Charged a cancellation fee for the product price

     2.1 Canceled the order after the Merchant has prepared the order.

3. Charged a cancellation fee for the delivery fee and  the product price

     3.1 Canceled the order when the Deliveryman is heading to the destination or arrives at the destination and the products cannot be returned due to the returning policy.

4. Charged a cancellation fee for 2 times of the delivery fee and the product price

     4.1 Canceled the order when the Deliveryman is heading to the destination or arrives at the destination and the products must be returned to the Merchant and the product cannot be resale.

5. Charged a cancellation fee for 2 times of the delivery fee

     5.1 Canceled the order when the Deliveryman is heading to the destination or arrives at the destination and the products must be returned to the Merchant and the product can be resale. .
