Parcel Service Specific Terms

  1. 1. Definitions

Capitalized terms used but not defined in this  Parcel Service Specific Terms shall have the meaning given to them in the Master Terms of Service.

"Delivery Item" means physical product or item, chosen by the User to be delivered, which can be put in a closed box and/or sealed parcel. This includes, but is not necessarily limited to, documents, food, convenience goods, accessories, and/or clothes.

"Deliveryman" means an employee or contractor of the Partner Company who will deliver the Delivery Item on behalf of, under supervision of, and quality control of the Partner Company or rider or the service provider the service of whom the Users can order via LINE MAN Application as the case may be.

"Partner Company Terms and Conditions" means the terms and conditions of the Partner Company regarding the Parcel Service which can be found at LINE MAN Application.

Pick-up Place” means a specific place in Thailand which is chosen by the User to have the Deliveryman pick up the Delivery Item. 

Parcel Service” means the service which the User orders the Deliveryman to collect Delivery Item at the Pick-up Place and deliver it to the recipient through Partner Company's own logistics and/or Parcel offices service.


  1. 2. Agreement

In addition to the terms specified in the Master Terms of Service, the User using the Parcel Service agrees to comply with the following terms.

2.1.    By clicking “LOG IN WITH LINE” button and proceeding to order the Parcel Service, the User represents and warrants that the User has read, understood, and agreed to the Partner Company Terms and Conditions for the use of the Parcel Service prior to ordering the Parcel Service.

2.2    Unless the User cancels the order in accordance with the conditions specified in clause 6 below, the User represents and warrants that he/she personally chose that Deliveryman to perform the Parcel Service.

2.3     The User agrees that they will not use the Parcel Service to deliver illegal or infringing Delivery Items and/or Delivery Items which may harm others, recipients and/or the Deliveryman. This includes, but is not limited to, hazardous, inflammable, explosive, and radioactive Delivery Items. If there is any suspicion that the Delivery Items are of any of the said nature, the Deliveryman is entitled to open the package and examine such Delivery Items without having to obtain consent from the User or notifying the User in advance, and hereby reserves the right to reject acceptance and delivery of any Delivery Items which cannot be delivered safely or legally in their opinion.

2.4     The User represents and warrants that he/she is the owner of the Delivery Items or has authorization from the owner to order the Parcel Service for such Delivery Items.

2.5     The User is responsible for ensuring that the information provided by the User, including but not limited to recipient's name, contact details, and address specified in the order are complete and accurate.

2.6     The User shall specify in the order any specific precaution (if any) which should be applied when delivering Delivery Items in accordance with their nature.

2.7    The User agrees and acknowledges that in addition to the Master Terms of Service and the Parcel Service Specific Terms, the Parcel Service is also subject to the Partner Company Terms and Conditions.


  1. 3. Disclaimer of Warranty

3.1    The Company disclaims any and all representations, warranties, and liabilities for any losses of or damages to Delivery Items due to the User not specifying any specific precaution in the order.

3.2    The Company does not have any involvements in delivering illegal or infringing Delivery Items.


  1. 4. Ordering

4.1    Once the User clicks the "Confirm" button and the system automatically sends a pick-up request to the Deliveryman and there will be a confirmation page summarizing the Pick-up Place and pick-up time.

4.2    The Deliveryman may call back to confirm the placed order with the User.


  1. 5. Price and Payment

5.1     The User is required to pay the Parcel Service fee in cash directly to the Deliveryman at the Pick-up Place, or by other methods which may be changed by the Company from time to time.  

5.2     The User will be solely responsible for all communication costs with the Deliveryman.


  1. 6. Cancellations

The conditions for cancellation of the Parcel Service will be as follows.

6.1      The User is entitled to cancel the order before final confirmation from the Deliveryman.

6.2     If the User cancels the order after the User confirms the placed order with the Deliveryman, the User is required to pay the Parcel Service fee in full. The Company reserves the rights to change and/or increase the Parcel Service fee in case of cancellations, which will be notified to the User from time to time.

6.3     Cancellation conditions are also subject to the Partner Company Terms and Conditions.
