เอกสารฉบับนี้ (“นโยบายความเป็นส่วนตัว”) มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อแจ้งวิธีการที่ บริษัท ไลน์ เพย์ (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด รวมทั้งบริษัทในเครือของ LY Corporation ในกรณีที่เป็นการให้ “บริการต่าง” (ตามที่ได้นิยามไว้ในเอกสารฉบับนี้) โดยบริษัทในเครือร่วมกับบริษัท ไลน์ เพย์ (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด (รวมเรียกว่า”บริษัทในเครือของ LY Corporation”) เก็บรวบรวม ประมวลผล และใช้ “ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล” (ตามที่ได้นิยามไว้ในเอกสารฉบับนี้) ในส่วนที่เกี่ยวกับการให้บริการต่างๆและบริการอื่นใดทั้งหมดที่เกี่ยวข้องของบริษัทฯ (ตามที่ได้นิยามไว้ในเอกสารฉบับนี้) (รวมเรียกบริการดังกล่าวว่า “บริการต่างๆ)ภายใต้บทบัญญัติของกฎหมายที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล บริษัทฯ แนะนำให้ผู้ใช้บริการได้โปรดอ่านนโยบายความเป็นส่วนตัวฉบับนี้ เพื่อรับทราบและทำความเข้าใจในวัตถุประสงค์ที่บริษัทฯ ได้เก็บรวบรวม ประมวลผล ใช้ และเปิดเผยข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของผู้ใช้บริการ

โดยการติดต่อกับบริษัทฯ ส่งข้อมูลให้แก่บริษัทฯ หรือการลงทะเบียนเพื่อใช้บริการต่างๆ ถือว่าผู้ใช้บริการได้ตกลงและยินยอมให้บริษัท ไลน์ เพย์ (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด (รวมถึงบริษัทในเครือของ LY Corporation และหน่วยธุรกิจใดๆ เช่น บริษัทในกลุ่มของ LY Corporation) และผู้แทน และ/หรือตัวแทนที่เกี่ยวข้อง (ต่อไปนี้ในเอกสารนี้ รวมเรียกว่า “บริษัทฯ” “เรา” หรือ “พวกเรา”) เก็บรวบรวม ประมวลผล ใช้ เปิดเผย และเผยแพร่ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของผู้ใช้บริการ (ตามที่ได้นิยามไว้ในเอกสารฉบับนี้) รวมถึงเปิดเผยข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลดังกล่าวต่อผู้ให้บริการรายอื่นที่ได้รับมอบอำนาจของบริษัทฯ และบุคคลภายนอกที่เกี่ยวข้อง ตามที่ได้กำหนดไว้ในนโยบายความเป็นส่วนตัวฉบับนี้

การเก็บข้อมูลของผู้ใช้บริการโดยบริษัทฯ (User Information Collected by Company)

เมื่อผู้ใช้บริการได้สมัครบัญชี LINE E-Money เพื่อใช้บริการต่างๆ ของบริษัทฯ เข้าถึงบริการต่างๆ หรือทำธุรกรรมผ่านบริการต่างๆ บริษัทฯ อาจจะร้องขอให้ผู้ใช้บริการให้ชื่อ (ชื่อ-สกุล) วันเดือนปีเกิด หมายเลขบัตรประจำตัวประชาชน รวมถึงเลขที่ด้านหลังบัตรประจำตัวประชาชน (หมายเลขหนังสือเดินทางสำหรับคนต่างชาติ) ที่อยู่ หมายเลขโทรศัพท์ (โทรศัพท์เคลื่อนที่) ลายมือชื่อ และ/หรือ ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลอื่นๆ ที่จำเป็น เพื่อให้บริการต่างๆ และอาจจะป็นการบ่งชี้ตัวตนของผู้ใช้บริการ ไม่ว่าโดยทางตรงหรือทางอ้อม (รวมเรียกว่า “ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล) นอกจากนี้ ผู้ใช้บริการรับทราบและตกลงว่าบริษัทฯ มีสิทธิแต่เพียงฝ่ายเดียว ในการระงับ และ/หรือ ยกเลิกบริการต่างๆ ที่ได้ให้แก่ผู้ใช้บริการ ไม่ว่าเวลาใดๆ หากผู้ใช้บริการ และ/หรือบุคคลที่เกี่ยวข้องกับผู้ใช้บริการมีส่วน หรืออาจจะมีส่วนเกี่ยวข้องกับกิจกรรมผิดกฎหมายใดๆ อันรวมถึง แต่ไม่จำกัดเฉพาะ การฟอกเงิน และ/หรือ การสนับสนุนทางการเงินแก่การก่อการร้าย

ผู้ใช้บริการอาจตัดสินใจว่าจะส่งข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลให้แก่บริษัทฯ หรือไม่ ผู้ใช้บริการควรจะตรวจสอบว่าข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลที่ได้ส่งให้บริษัทฯ นั้นครบถ้วน เป็นจริงและถูกต้อง หากผู้ใช้บริการมิได้ตรวจสอบข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลดังกล่าว อาจจะทำให้บริษัทฯ ไม่สามารถให้บริการต่างๆ ตามที่ผู้ใช้บริการร้องขอได้ 

ผู้ใช้บริการยอมรับและตกลงว่าบริษัทฯ อาจจะทำการควบรวมกิจการ แยกธุรกิจ โอนย้ายธุรกิจ หรือทำการอื่นใด ซึ่งอาจเป็นผลให้มีการโอนข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของผู้ใช้บริการที่บริษัทฯ ได้เก็บรวบรวม ไปยังบุคคลภายนอกได้

การใช้นโยบายฉบับนี้ร่วมกับนโยบายความเป็นส่วนตัว LINE Pay 

นโยบายความเป็นส่วนตัว LINE Pay (“นโยบายความเป็นส่วนตัวฉบับทั่วไป”) จะนำมาใช้ร่วมกับ และให้ถือว่าเป็นส่วนหนึ่งของนโยบายความเป็นส่วนตัวฉบับนี้ ทั้งนี้

(ก) การอ้างถึงคำว่า “นโยบายความเป็นส่วนตัว” ในนโยบายความเป็นส่วนตัวฉบับทั่วไปเป็นการอ้างถึงนโยบายความเป็นส่วนตัว LINE Pay สำหรับ E-Money

(ข) ข้อกำหนดภายใต้หัวข้อ “การเก็บข้อมูลของผู้ใช้บริการโดยบริษัทฯ” (User Information Collected by Company) และ “วันที่จัดทำ” (Version) ของนโยบายความเป็นส่วนตัวฉบับทั่วไปจะถูกยกเลิก และใช้ข้อกำหนดตามที่ได้ระบุไว้ในนโยบายความเป็นส่วนตัวฉบับนี้แทน 

(ค) ข้อกำหนดภายใต้หัวข้อ “การมอบหมายข้อมูล” (Information Delegation) ให้รวมถึงข้อความของข้อกำหนดดังต่อไปนี้ “เพื่อวัตถุประสงค์ของข้อกำหนดข้อนี้ ผู้ให้บริการภายนอก รวมถึง แต่ไม่จำกัดเฉพาะ ธนาคาร ผู้ให้บริการด้านการบริการลูกค้า ผู้ประกอบการด้านระบบเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ หรือผู้ให้บริการบุคคลภายนอกใดๆ ที่บริษัทฯ มีนิติสัมพันธ์เพื่อการให้บริการต่างๆ เป็นครั้งคราว”

ในกรณีที่มีข้อความขัดแย้งระหว่างนโยบายความเป็นส่วนตัวฉบับทั่วไป และนโยบายความเป็นส่วนตัวฉบับนี้ ให้ใช้นโยบายความเป็นส่วนตัวฉบับนี้บังคับ

ภาษา (Language) 

นโยบายความเป็นส่วนตัวฉบับนี้ได้จัดทำขึ้นทั้งภาษาไทยและภาษาอังกฤษ หากมีข้อความที่ขัดแย้งกันระหว่างฉบับภาษาไทยและฉบับภาษาอังกฤษ
ให้ถือตามฉบับภาษาอังกฤษให้ใช้ฉบับภาษาอังกฤษเป็นหลัก

วันที่จัดทำ (Version)

นโยบายความเป็นส่วนตัวฉบับนี้จัดทำขึ้นเมื่อวันที่ 30 ตุลาคม พ.ศ. 2566

By interacting with us, submitting information to us, or signing up for our Services offered by us, you agree and consent to how LINE PAY (THAILAND) COMPANY LIMITED (including its related corporations, LY Corporation Group and business units such as the LY Corporation Group), as well as their respective representatives and/or agents (collectively referred to herein as "the Company", "us", "we" or "our") collecting, processing, using, disclosing and sharing amongst themselves your Personal Information (as hereinafter defined), and disclosing such Personal Information to the Company's authorised service providers and relevant third parties in the manner set forth in this Privacy Policy.

User Information Collected by Company

When the user creates a LINE E-Money Account for the use of the Services, accesses any of the Services or conducts any transaction through the Services, the Company may require the user to provide his/her name (first and last name), personal identification number including Citizen ID Number (passport number for foreigners), laser number, address, telephone (mobile) number, signature and/or other personal information that is required to provide the Services and may directly or indirectly identify the identity of the user (collectively, the "Personal Information"). The User further acknowledges and agrees that the Company has the right, at its sole discretion, at any time, to suspend and/or terminate any of its Services provided to the User should the User and/or his/her related person is or may be involved with any illegal activities including but not limited to money laundering and/or terrorist financing. 

The User may decide whether or not to submit any Personal Information required by the Company.  The User should ensure that all Personal Information submitted to us is complete, accurate, true and correct.  Failure on the User’s part to do so may result in our inability to provide the User with the Services the User has requested.

The User acknowledges and agrees that the Company may conduct a merger, spin-off, business transfer or any other transaction, whereby the Personal Information that the Company collected from the users may be transferred to a third party.

Incorporation of LINE Pay Privacy Policy

The LINE Pay Privacy Policy (the "General Privacy Policy") shall be incorporated into, and shall form part of, this Privacy Policy as if set out herein, provided that:

(a) references to the "Privacy Policy" in the General Privacy Policy shall be read as references to this LINE Pay Privacy Policy for LINE E-Money; 

(b) provisions under the headings of "User Information Collected by Company" and "Version" of the General Privacy Policy shall be deleted and be replaced by the relevant terms stipulated in this Privacy Policy; and

(c) provisions under the headings of “Information Delegation” shall be supplemented to include at the end of the provisions that “for the purpose of this provision, Outsourced Contractor shall include but not limited to bank(s), customer service provider(s), IT system operator(s), or any other third party contractors Company would have a contractual relationship for the provision of the Services from time to time. 

In the event of any inconsistency between the General Privacy Policy and this Privacy Policy, this Privacy Policy shall prevail.

Language

This Privacy Policy is made in both English and Thai versions. In case of any discrepancy, the English version shall prevail.
