เพื่อเป็นการส่งเสริมบริการ Rabbit LINE Pay services ไม่ว่าจะมีการลงทะเบียนเพื่อเปิดบัญชีหรือไม่ก็ตาม (รวมเรียกว่า “บริการต่างๆ”) ของบริษัท แรบบิท-ไลน์ เพย์จำกัด และบริษัทในเครือในแต่ละประเทศ (“แรบบิท ไลน์เพย์” (Rabbit LINE Pay)) ไลน์ คอร์เปอเรชั่น (LINE Corporation) (“ไลน์”, “เรา”) ได้นำบทเพิ่มเติม (Addendum) ฉบับนี้มาใช้เพื่อเสริมนโยบายความเป็นส่วนตัว Rabbit LINE Pay เพื่ออธิบายวิธีการบริหารจัดการข้อมูลต่างๆ ที่เราได้รับ ได้ใช้ หรือได้เผยแพร่ออกไป เอกสารฉบับนี้เป็นเพียงบทเพิ่มเติม (Addendum) ของนโยบายความเป็นส่วนตัว Rabbit LINE Pay ซึ่งยังคงมีผลบังคับใช้อยู่และนำมาปรับใช้ควบคู่ไปกับบทเพิ่มเติมต่างๆ ที่ระบุไว้ในเอกสารฉบับนี้

 

ในการที่จะให้และส่งเสริมบริการต่างๆ ของเรา การให้บริการสนับสนุนลูกค้า และเพื่อป้องกันการใช้บริการต่างๆ ของเราโดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาต ไลน์อาจทำการเผยแพร่ข้อมูลรายละเอียดของลูกค้า (รวมถึงเฉพาะ ชื่อผู้ใช้ รูปไอคอน สถานะอัพเดท และรหัสผู้ใช้ภายในที่ LINE จัดให้) รายละเอียดข้อมูลเพื่อน อีเมล์ หมายเลขโทรศัพท์ สถานะของการลงทะเบียน และวันที่ลงทะเบียน ข้อมูลประเทศ วันที่เลิกใช้บริการ สถานะบัญชี เวอร์ชั่นของ LINE ที่ใช้อยู่ และรายละเอียดข้อมูลของเครื่องมือสื่อสาร และเมื่อท่านใช้บริการต่างๆ โดยมิได้ลงทะเบียนเพื่อเปิดบัญชีแรบบิท ไลน์ เพย์ (Rabbit LINE Pay account) ไลน์ คอร์เปอเรชั่นจะเผยแพร่ข้อมูลบางประการเกี่ยวกับข้อมูลรายละเอียดของลูกค้า (รหัสผู้ใช้ภายใน) และหมายเลขโทรศัพท์ของท่านเท่านั้น เพื่อวัตถุประสงค์ในการให้บริการดังกล่าว อนึ่ง เมื่อท่านส่งคำขอแก้ไขให้ไลน์ เพื่อปรับข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่านที่ไลน์ได้บันทึกไว้ให้เป็นปัจจุบันตามข้อมูลที่ท่านได้ส่งให้ ไลน์จะรวบรวมข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลดังกล่าว เพื่อวัตถุประสงค์ในการปรับข้อมูลที่ไลน์ได้บันทึกไว้ให้เป็นปัจจุบัน นอกจากนี้ ไลน์จะแบ่งปันข้อมูลดังกล่าวกับ Rabbit LINE Pay โดยอัตโนมัติ เพื่อวัตถุประสงค์ในการปรับข้อมูลที่ Rabbit LINE Pay ได้บันทึกไว้ให้เป็นปัจจุบัน เพื่อให้บริการ Rabbit LINE Pay ทั้งนี้เพื่อมั่นใจได้ว่าผู้ใช้บริการได้รับประสบการณ์การใช้บริการอย่างไม่ขาดตอน

เราอาจทำการแก้ไขเปลี่ยนแปลงบทเพิ่มเติมนโยบายความเป็นส่วนตัว Rabbit LINE Pay เป็นครั้งคราวเพื่อให้สอดคล้องกับการแก้ไขเปลี่ยนแปลงที่เกิดขึ้นกับบริการ Rabbit LINE Pay และกฎหมาย รวมถึงกฎระเบียบที่เกี่ยวข้อง 

 

เราได้ดำเนินการปรับบทเพิ่มเติมนโยบายความเป็นส่วนตัว Rabbit LINE Pay ให้เป็นปัจจุบัน ครั้งล่าสุดเมื่อวันที่ 7 กรกฎาคม 2559

 

ทั้งนี้ เราจะดำเนินการแจ้งให้ท่านทราบเมื่อมีการแก้ไขเปลี่ยนแปลงใดๆ ที่สำคัญต่อบทเพิ่มเติมนโยบายความเป็นส่วนตัว Rabbit LINE Pay ผ่านทาง LINE แอพพลิเคชั่น หรือทางอื่นๆ ที่สมเหตุสมผล 

ท่านสามารถดูนโยบายความเป็นส่วนตัว (Privacy Policy) และบทเพิ่มเติมนโยบายความเป็นส่วนตัว Rabbit LINE Pay (Rabbit LINE Pay Addendum) ได้ผ่านทาง LINE แอพพลิเคชั่นหรือบนเว็บไซต์ของเรา

 

 

 

 

To support the Rabbit LINE Pay services, regardless of whether or not such services are account based, (collectively, the “Service”) provided by RABBIT-LINE PAY COMPANY LIMITED and affiliated companies in various countries (“Rabbit LINE Pay”), LINE Corporation (“LINE,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) has adopted this Addendum to LINE’s Privacy Policy to explain our handling of the additional information obtained, used, or shared by LINE.  The Rabbit LINE Pay Addendum supplements the provisions of LINE’s Privacy Policies, which remain in effect and apply equally to the additional items of information described in this Addendum.

 

In order to provide and facilitate our Service, to provide customer support, and to prevent unauthorized use of our Service, LINE may share customer profile information (includes only username, icon image, status message, and internal user ID supplied by LINE.), friend information, email address, telephone number, registration status and its registration dates, country information, withdrawal dates, account status, LINE version in use, and device information. When you use the Services without a Rabbit LINE Pay account, limited customer profile information (internal user ID) and your telephone number(s) are shared by LINE Corporation for the aforementioned purposes.

When you submit a correction request to LINE requesting LINE to update your personal information in our records according to the information submitted, LINE collects such personal information for the purpose of updating our records. LINE also automatically shares such personal information with Rabbit LINE Pay for the purpose of updating Rabbit LINE Pay’s records, so as to provide the Rabbit LINE Pay services and to ensure a seamless user experience.

We may amend the Rabbit LINE Pay Addendum from time to time to reflect changes to the Rabbit LINE Pay service and relevant law and regulation.

The last time we updated the Rabbit LINE Pay Addendum was July 7, 2016.

 

We will let you know when we make any important changes to the Rabbit LINE Pay Addendum via the LINE App or by other reasonable means.
