Declaring your country of tax residence

If you have a country of tax residence outside of Japan, please provide the following information via the Inquiry Form below:

  • Your country (or countries) of tax residence (if you have multiple, please provide all of them)
  • Your tax identification number for your country of tax residence (if it is outside of Japan)
  • The reason your registered address differs from your country of tax residence

Deleting your LINE BITMAX account

You will not be able to use the LINE BITMAX service if you have a country of tax residence outside of Japan. After declaring your country of tax residence and other information, please delete your LINE BITMAX account as soon as possible by following the steps in this Help article.

If you made an incorrect declaration for your country of tax residence or other details

Please contact us via the Inquiry Form below if your country of tax residence is only Japan but you mistakenly answered No to that question.
